Kha'tani can consume other weapons of Nox and absorb their darkness to gain strength. If an attack with Kha'tani deals at least 20 points of damage it gains one charge. A charge can be spent after the bearer has been struck by an attack to cast hellish rebuke. For every charge after the first each day, the bearer must expend one Hit Dice and add the amount rolled to the damage dealt by hellish rebuke.
Once per week, the bearer may create a 20ft well of darkness or light centered on themselves. The bearer must make a DC 16 Intelligence save (Charisma based) or also be affected by the well.
Whenever a creature enters the darkness well for the first time or begins its turn within the area, it must make a DC 16 Dexterity save (Charisma based) or take 2d8+8 necrotic damage and be pulled 10ft toward the center, or half damage on a successful save. This movement provokes opportunity attacks from creatures able to see in magical darkness. The area of darkness is difficult terrain. Any creature adjacent to the center point has disadvantage on saves against this darkness.
Whenever a create enters the light well for the first time or begins its turn within the area, it is healed for 2d8+8 and under the effects of a lesser restoration spell.
Kha'tani increases to a +4 enhanced weapon and scores a critical hit on 19 or 20. Upon scoring a critical hit, as a reaction, the wilder may make an immediate attack against an enemy within range.
A wielder can spend 1 charge to heal a target touched with the blade for 8d8+8.
Kha'tani has become the epitome of Nox, combining the remaining shards of her power into an avatar of her will within the hands of the wielder.
The weapon damage of Kha'tani increases two additional die steps (For example if Kha'tani was the form of a longsword it would be +4 and deal 2d12, scoring a critical on 19 or 20.)
Unending Shadow
Once per long rest, when you are reduced to 0 HP but not killed outright, you may instead become incorporeal for 1 round, gain resistance to all damage and the ability to pass through objects and creatures. At the end of that round you become corporeal and regain HP equal to half your maximum.
Will of Nox
As a bonus action, you can channel the will of Nox. For 1 minute you attacks deal an additional 2d10 necrotic and 2d10 radiant damage and you can choose to bypass all immunities and resistances (even to conditions). Additionally:
Nivelteth's End
Once and only once, Kha'tani may unleash its true purpose.
You channel the remaining divine energy of Nox through the blade. Take three full turns in succession. During this you are immune to all damage.
At the end of the third turn, Kha'tani channels the souls of every Hexblade consumed and deals a final strike as a melee attack. On a successful hit, the target takes 500 points of damage. If this reduces the target to 0 HP, it begins dissolving into eternal, unmaking shadow.
If it does not reduce the target to 0 HP, Kha'tani explodes in shadow energy, dealing 50d20 necrotic damage in a 500ft radius, this cannot be resisted. Victims can make a DC 50 Constitution saving throw to take half damage as Kha'tani and the wielder dissolve into eternal, unmaking shadow.
Any creature reduced to 0 HP by this attack or explosion is unmade.
